Mental health has always been an issue close to my heart after having gone through a mild depressive episode a couple of years ago. Good mental health is especially relevant in today’s fast paced life and ever increasing demands we often place on ourselves.
I want to start an initiative within this group to destigimitise, create a community to support, foster healthy coping mechanisms and involve therapists to help us do this.
Empowering women in essence can’t be achieved in the absence of looking after ourselves better and setting healthy boundaries in our relationships. Here’s to good mental health.
