I wanted to share my mental health journey in a recent podcast and discuss my coping mechanisms for stress.

We all go through up and downs, and sometimes life hits you with a curve ball. That was my experience a couple of years ago, whilst coming to grips with a divorce amd change in my life plans.

The key during stressful times I find is to really up your self care. It takes practice but definitely a great life lesson.
