There is so much more we can do to educate ourselves and society on mental health. With depression, a lot of people think it’s just the feeling of sadness. And although it is sadness at times, depression can present as disconnection, self loathing, despair, anxiety and shame.


If you’re feeling these emotions, I hope you know there are people who are here to listen. And instead of listening to the distorted thoughts, you let them pass. Sending you lots of love and positivity as always 😘
