Taking the time to breathe

I love this image and its ability to capture that sense of calm that comes with breathing exercises and mindfulness. However, you certainly don’t need to be in the traditional yoga pose in a mediation nook to get to inner Zen! Simply sitting in a quiet space suffices, planting your feet on the ground and taking some deep breaths. Happy Weekend! I hope its an energising one for you.
